Vladyslav Sushko is a Ph.D. candidate in International Economics at the University of California, Santa Cruz. His research focuses on International Finance and Financial Economics, particularly the impact of financial capital flows and carry trade on the volatility in foreign exchange markets. Vladyslav holds a M.A. in International Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz and has held visiting positions at the University of Tokyo and Institute of Innovation Research at Hitotsubashi University.
