Vassilis Tselios
University of Groningen
Vassilis Tselios is a Research Associate at the Department of Economic Geography of the University of Groningen, The Netherlands. He is an economic geographer (PhD, London School of Economics) and his research centers around the spatial analysis of socioeconomic phenomena and on applied work in economic geography. His work has been published in leading economic geography and regional science journals (e.g. Journal of Regional Science, Papers in Regional Science, Environment and Planning A, Spatial Economic Analysis). He has been a Lecturer in Economic Geography at the Centre for Urban and Regional Development Studies in Newcastle University and has worked for the World Bank as Consultant for the International Trade Department. He is also affiliated with the Spatial Economics Research Centre of the London School of Economics.
