Marco Da Rin
Turin University
Marco Da Rin is an assistant professor at the Department of Economics and Finance at Turin University, a Research Associate of ECGI (European Corporate Governance Institute, Brussels), and a Fellow of IGIER (Innocenzo Gasparini Institute for Economic Research). He has been an Assistant Professor at Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona and a Fellow at the Financial Markets Group of the London School of Economics. A co-editor of European Economics Abstracts for SSRN, he is a faculty member of the Master´s in Economics and Finance of Venice International University (VIU). His research focuses on venture capital, on the financing of innovative companies, on the regulation of stock markets, and on the role of financial intermediation in economic development. He graduated in Economics (DES) from Bocconi University, and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Stanford University.
