Fausto Panunzi

Fausto Panunzi is Professor of Economics at Bocconi University, having previously been Professor at the University of Bologna. His main research work is on corporate finance and corporate governance. His papers have been published in the Quarterly Journal of Economics, Journal of Political Economy, Journal of Finance, European Economic Review, and the Journal of Financial Intermediation. He is a graduate of Bocconi University and has a PhD from MIT (1995).
